What colour is the zest of a lemon?

I think this question should be more specific, there are green lemon zests as well. I think the green option should be entirely removed or the question modified

focus, on a ripe Normal lemon I would expect the peel to be yellow. therefore the zest strips of peel should be yellow.

Something is wrong somewhere with this answer yellow or green
