That Cøunt, Ray Bumpkin, my theory is that the universe is like a 3D rubber band expanding in all directions until it has reached its limits and then retracts, until there is another big bang. So the cycle never ends. Another theory I have is that there are multiple universes, just like the suds in a bubble bath. Each one of those bubbles is a universe. Just a theory....

What defines the boundaries of the universe? Is it simply the farthest objects? Are there other universes, also expanding? Will they eventually overlap?
