Where would you put a drug labelled as "sublingual"?

For better absorption/quick action of medicine, it is best to place it under the tongue.

I used to have a nasal spray, but unfortunately this eventually started to fail as the lining in my nose started to disappear. Now I take the same medicine, but in the form of a sublingual pill. 😄.
