What makes sharks different from other fish?

I always thought their jaws were made of bone. This will be my lesson of the day.

Mars V, shark teeth aren't bones either. Hard mineral. A broken or worn tooth gets replaced in a day or two

The Shark 🦈 is one of my favourite sea creatures. My favourite species of sharks 🦈 are Tiger Shark, Great White Shark and even Scalloped Hammerhead Shark.

Sharks also regrow teeth throughout their lives. So if a shark bites into a surfboard or the bones of a living being and loses teeth, it will still be just as deadly of a predator.
