Colombo City is found in which country?

Wonderful people: Sri Lankans. We arrived (I used to have gfs in my life) around a little before 5 am and noticed single women and males, were walking alone on completely unlit roads; just shows how decent the folks living there, have to be. If only the west were as safe to stroll about, in total darkness.
