On what continent is Ecuador situated?

We "adopted" a daughter from Equador through Children International and supported her big time until she turned 18. Unfortunately we could not keep in touch after. I so wished to visit her and hug her one day. Maybe in Heaven.

I would love to go to Ecuador! hear it's very hot over there! because it is very close to the Equator! my type of party! love hot weather! but maybe that's a little to hot?! for me!

I've not been to South America

I played soccer (fùtbol) up to the semi professional level, and my favorite coach was from Ecuador. Our team was called Emelec, which was named after a team from there.
