What type of food is Gazpacho?

i only knew the answer because of the BBC series, Red Dwarf. To his embarrassment, the character, Arnold Rimmer didn't know it was served cold.

I knew the answer due to a certain congresswoman confusing it with another word. 😉

Our family has eaten gazpacho for a few years now. We normally have it once every summer. We don't make it very often because it is so labor intensive. However, it is one of my favorite soups. It is very refreshing and WAY better than V8; to compare the two should not be done. You really can't beat the fresh taste of gazpacho. You can also easily spice it up with some extra garlic or cayenne pepper or fresh jalapeno peppers. Yummmm. I am making myself hungry. Everyone should at least try it once.
