nowadays, apart from paid, biased ratings, misleading practices for ratings are also used : showing the reviews and ratings beforehand, instead of original, lowest point is for against, and second one is neutral, nice, good, very good, inability to ( or request, reminders) change reviews, periodic reviews, request to rate 5-star.
