There is a video on YouTube called "My RPG-7 Exploded on Me" from Ballistic High-Speed channel. As the title states, the weapon blows up in the shooter's face causing some serious injuries. There is a lapse of time from the moment of the explosion to the moment his mates begin to aid him, 7 to 10 seconds, of which the shooter has no recollection at all, despite being somewhat conscious for half or so of this time. It's amazing how the brain works and reacts to serious trauma.
