Olfactophobia is a fear of which S?

One of the causes of my anosmia- lack of sense of smell is a surgeon cutting through my olfactory sensors. Bit of an associative clue there for me.

Kris, i think phobia is the wrong word for this, its a hyperactivity of the senses
