Al Pratt was the secret identity of which original superhero?

I always like him. DC killed him off in 1994 in the "Zero Hour" series, but, given their constant rebootings, he may have come back by now.

The symbol on his helmet was a dead giveaway.

I really think that they are running out of ideas for superheroes. Maybe it's time for other stories to be told?
