Wise and Hairy, Borsht is a Russian soup with beetroot, and beef or chicken stock. Gazpacho is Spanish soup with vegetables and pasta, in tomato base, served chilled, with ice in it. Birds nest soup is made by dissolving the bird saliva used to stick together the nest of a sparrow(?) nest.
