Which P is a canal?

I imagine that the Panache Canal would be very elegant! The Panacea Canal would take you anywhere you desired. And the Panakott Canal would. . . would . . . Hmm. Any ideas?

I watched Sahara with Matthew, Penelope and a few others in it anyway I remember the dude jumping off the boat saying we are going to do a Panama! This is how I got my answer to this question lol!
