Which US serial killer attended the University of Utah Law School?

Serial killers are an interesting breed. Most are either sociopaths or psychopaths. It’s strange how their brain is just wired different. I was watching a documentary once on serial killers and one of them said that he didn’t understand why everyone wasn’t out killing because it was so natural and appealing to him. It came so easy and he enjoyed it so much. Very disturbing. It’s weird how there’s very few women serial killers also. Most, but a small few, are men.
