People with hay fever are actually allergic to what?

Hayfever can be in different degrees of triggering. I suffer every climate, hot summer is the worst. I would not wish this on my enemies. It’s makes feeling so terrible, imagine you suffering of experiencing the first few days of a cold over and over at the same level until some medicine give some degree of relief. My suffering is 9.5 out of ten. Horrible. ! ! !

Dizziness is my main symptom.
