Who was Al Capone?

Does anyone remember the Geraldo Rivera special years ago about the opening of Capone's vault that apparently had never opened before? There was so much hype about it prior to its airing that when the special aired everyone's anticipating what's in there only to find it empty! Talk about disappointing.
