What is shown in the picture?

What fun it was to use a fountain pen and it was great buying the great colors of ink that were available back in the day. Loved writing letters with fountain pens! Seemed elegant at the time.

This pen reminds me of cruella de ville. She used this same pen and got ink all over the owner of Pongo in the 101 Dalmatians. I love that movie.
