What is the first organ to develop in utero?

It could easily be argued that the brain begins developing before the heart. The neural tube is already present at three weeks in utero.

Ryan, its present but is neither anywehere closed to the fully developed brain; plus the heart begins functioning pretty early on. At that point it must to circulate blood oxygenated from the placenta
