These are very special types of Bears for sure. But when you say that you are gifting these Bears as Goodwill to strengthen the unity between nations it should not involve Monetary deals. China should be ashamed for bargaining Pandas for the purpose of funds.

doesn't say what happened to them after the 10 years and the offspring/s (if there were any) should have been allowed to stay with them. imagine being torn away from your parents and transported to a strange foreign place. shouldn't have been part of agreement.
