No, Suzy...you really don't wish that. My baby was a micro-preemie and was 1 1/5 lbs when he was born and only 12" long. He is 5 months old now and still in the NICU on a ventilator. He's never been home, I've never nursed him, he's never breathed on his own, he's already had a broken bone, and we haven't heard his voice in months. There's a reason babies need to be in their mother's belly for as long as they are.
