arohanui, like all elements it's effect depends upon the chemical state it is in. It is rarely in an ionic state that we absorb. It is in many metal alloys, stainless steel, cheaper jewelry.. has no effect on humans. Even if absorbed into the body it is not similar to any important nutritional elements. As such, it might be held briefly in fat. But it is just excreted without problems. There might be extreme/ rare cases I don't know about.
