Nessie must be a very long-living creature, having been around for centuries, it would seem. Of course, if there had also been a Mrs Nessie, the situation would be quite different - a long line of Junior Nessies. One at a time, of course, otherwise the Loch would have become full of them by now. Also, if they were also carnivores, there might not have been many Scots persons left by now.

The Family Ness was a cartoon that resonates with me as a Scottish boy who moved to England at the age of 12 one of the questions I was asked most was “Have you seen the Loch Ness Monster?” I have been to Loch Ness many the times it’s a beautiful place but Nessie has never came out to meet me…YET!
