Powerjunk, Often Doctors from Eastern Europe do not have equivalent qualifications to US MDs and would require significant retraining to practice. In particular the old Soviet Union treated their Doctors as simply another trade.

I don't think I've ever seen any of her films or TV shows. I hear good things about The Fifth Element but I don't want to until I've seen The First Element and then subsequent ones of the franchise (ha ha ha - I hope I don't need to explain that).

Only have seen Fifth Element. A mixture of extreme violence tempered by humor and some sweetness that takes place in a futuristic world! I have happily rewatched it too!
