What is the name of London's famous waxwork museum?

Went to Tussauds as a child. I could've sworn they move sometimes and watch you intently.

Now they have removed the ropes and barriers you can get up really close and take photos. When people get demoted, or need to be updated (with older heads,) they dont melt them down. Their heads go to a guarded store in the deep Wookey Hole caves in Somerset. ( Only heads and hands are usually made of wax, not the bodies).
