My father was born in 1960, me in 1991. He has always been a space fanatic and when I was 6 he told me about this comet the first thing I asked him was "Can we see it together when it comes back?" He told me yes <3. As I got older and did the math I realized my dad would have to live to be 102 years old to experience this with me. It is a total possibility, but very also very bittersweet.

Google says that Haley's Comet will next appear in mid-2061 based on it's heavenly appearance in 1986. We may be looking at a discrepancy in calculating an exact calendar year🤔
