Where is the sacred city of Safed?

Definitely an Indian or Cambodian temple. In south India temples are built on a raised platform just like in the picture .around Mysore there is the site of Hanoi etc

I don't think the picture is Safed. Google it, there's nothing like that. Very misleading.
