What does not happen without fire?

Strange phrasing of the question....

Just get a 70's muscle car, put her in first gear, floor it and pop the clutch. You'll see all kinds of smoke with (hopefully) no fire

Senseless question. And the 1546 one is back to front. I've never created smoke before the tiny first flame is struggling to life.
