What is the name of the youngest crater in the moon?

How can they tell the age of a crater remotely? How can they be sure this is the youngest when they can't even see the dark side of the moon?

I wasn't sure. I was hoping it was Lamont. Sanford and son was a great show.

To say it has been in the southern highlands “since its inception” suggests that it could move. That is a sight I would like to see.
