Pinkie, I've ridden horses off and on for 70 plus years in the Midwest and never saw or heard of one of those before.

TRUE CANADIAN Laurel, I am not sure your natives have been using them to ride horses for thousands of years. Horses were reintroduced into North America by Europeans, sixteenth century and later. A horse species, never used for riding, went extinct, maybe the last ice age? Maybe the Inuit used them for reindeer?
