I have pretty much experience with car maintenance and repair, but in my whole life I had never seen something attached to the wheel. How would it turn arround then? I hope this director is not a director of any car company or workshop...

I believe in the UK we would attach them to the wheel arches, I also believe the fender is what we call the bumper attached to the front and rear of the vehicle, I could be wrong 😀
