I knew Jez Lowe very well, when I lived in North Yorkshire.
He and his band " The Bad Pennies" performed at a lot of the folk clubs that my husband and I used to go to.
Jez accepted my invitation to perform at a folk concert that I organised to raise money for the spinal injuries unit that I worked in.
