Apparently these apples when first picked are tart and overly firm, but after a few months they become sweet with notes of honey, vanilla, and coriander. Sounds tasty 😋

TAMTAM, you can tell it's an apple based on the bumps on the bottom. Plums are usually completely round with a cute little tip on the bottom. Apples tend to have 3 - 4 bumps on the bottom in a triangle or square position in order to allow the apple to stand on a hard surface without tipping. I was stumped at first until I saw the bumps.
