Player #3093136, Actually in the UK it is illegal for a doctor to treat animals, but a human can be treated by a vet! Presumably because a human is able to choose. That's why Chinese Medicine shops are allowed to dish out their revolting ( and possibly useless or even harmful) concoctions.

Vets specializze in different animals. In the city cats and dogs are the most common pets. Where as cows, horses and other animals are present.
