I used to live in that town in the late 80s and early 90s. I loved it!

Actually there are 6 places called Concrete in the world, in 2 countries; Ireland: Dublin Region & The U.S.A in the states of: Texas, Idaho, Colorado, Washington & North Dakota.

There's an abandoned concrete factory and an asylum there, too. Quite popular with the urban exploration crowd. When they can sneak in.
