What is the medical term for feeling tired?

I suffer with Chronic fatigue syndrome and it's debilitating.

I had Graves’ disease and a thyroid condition and I have 3 to 4pm crashes which I say I’m always fatigued! So that’s how I learned about what another word for tired was! And it’s fatigue and exhausted ha!
