Reflexology therapy involves which part of the body?

I don’t know if it works but a foot massage relieves my stress from being on my feet all day.

All my stress is in my feet.

Sassy, During my chemotherapy, for breast cancer in 2000, I was given a reflexology session. it was absolute heaven!!

I had a session & I was U able to walk properly again.Tbe woman was very rough with me ...she fug her thumbs in very hard& hurt me.Wgen U told her it hurt me she said" no pain,no gain!"

DawnyG, I had Reflexology for my back n while massaging my feet it corrected my back n I felt sooo much better!!

Lots if Reflex massage shops in Bangkok, where you can see people getting a foot massage - not for me tho, find it too ticklish!
