What is a rhinoscope used for?

I was thinking of getting plastic surgery but then I second guessed it because I remember how Michael Jackson looked after and I was like oh I don't want to come out looking like dat by the time the surgery is done!! so I'm like let me just keep how my nose looks so the most I would do is get a diamond stud on the right side of my nose and get two studs on the left side of my forehead and get a diamond stud on my bellybutton!! ( but people always say I have a cute nose but I don't exactly think so!! but then again why would people always be complementing me always and I never say
