What does a mixologist mix?

Kiwozzie, my mixologist only needs to pour beer in a glass or whisky, water, ice. I am simple.

Years ago I took a trip to California for a gathering & while at a bar there, I had to call back home to my mixologist to get the recipe for a drink. Unfortunately, the California bar we were in was unable to make it as they did not have all of the ingredients. Considering I live in a small rural area, & we were in a big city, I was shocked to say the very least. Needless to say, I Love My Mixologist!
