Which animal does not have teeth?
Correct answer: Turtle

Katerina Zissman
It’s true they have no teeth, but they DO EAT THEIR FOOD by melting it in their mouth.
Also - why is there a photo of a squirrel attached to this question? There’s never been need to give the answer away, but it’s unfair to mislead :(

" . . . they're not required to eat their food."
WHAT?

NicPicCan
incorrect wording, insead they should say, they do not require to chew their food. :)

Petma08
Katerina Zissman, It means that TEETH are not required for turtles to eat their food. And how is the squirrel pic misleading, when squirrel is not one of the answer choices?

Marcy
According to them turtles have keratine lines that lines their jaw thats soo hard so they can use it as their teeth is it

Perr Bear
The amazing species of turtle are the Alligator Snapping Turtles. They can amputate an arm or a leg with no effort at all. In addition, they cannot retract in their shells like other species of turtles. So if they are ever attacked they are pretty much defensive.

Player #62752956
PG, they cannot amputate a human arm or a human leg. But they can bite through a broom handle and have gotten some fingers.

Tina's twin
I'm curious, how is it then that they do "eat"?

Judyc
Bobsbrain, ..I googled and results are that turtles DO NOT have teeth.

Cat Mom

Player #92723922, Could it be that teeth are not required to eat their food?

Jules
Perr Bear, do you mean defenseless? Instead of defensive?

Ree
SNAPPING TURTLES MOST CERTAINLY HAVE TEETH AND CAN BITE A FINGER OFF IN A HEARTBEAT

Pochi
The turtle 🐢 is one of my favourite sea creatures. I might consider Hawksbill Sea Turtle as my favourite species of turtle.

Tres
Player #92723922, no teeth required. They consume their food without them. But it was very awkwardly stated to be sure.

Ray
A snapping turtle can bite your finger off .

kronik
does A.I. ask these questions?

Dilosh

Ewa
"I love being a TURTLE!!" Michelangelo~

Artie
That doesn't mean they can't give you a terrible bite. When I see a Snapping Turtle, I run away very fast.

Player #92723922, I'm sure that they mean not required to "chew" their food

Player #120374466
I have seen turtles chew their food. Snakes don't chew they swallow it whole. Same with birds.

meka
NicPicCan, agreed

meka
Katerina Zissman, imho its not really misleading as there is no answer that you could confuse a squirrel with...I think they just picked a random animal because it was an animal question.

Puffer
Player #92723922, I agree that is worded incorrectly. Turtles do bite and it does hurt!

Elenora
Katerina Zissman, huh you're right
