In which country is Skara Brae located?

Chris, I think the question is correct, Mainland is the name given to the largest of the islands of the Orkney archipelago,it doesn't mean off the mainland of Scotland.

I caught a ferry from the northernmost part of Scotland over to Orkney to see Skara Brae, beautiful and evocative place.

I was playing Bard Tale 4 and they are singing about Skara Brae and I thought it was a mythological made up place...little did i know
