Lil, if you've ever seen him interacting with his kids. One of his kids even cracked an egg on his head for a joke. When you watch Masterchef, Jr. he is so nice and it is encouraging to the kids that he takes the time to talk the kids down - get them out of their own head. On Hell's Kitchen he is always glad to help the ones that brought him there to listen and learn from him. THe worst
