Who lives at 10 Downing Street?
Correct answer: British Prime Minister
Lizzi
Player #1108772, but did you know it was given to the Duke of Wellington? He refused it personally, but accepted it on behalf of his position as First Lord of the Treasury. That is why it is labelled First Lord of the Treasury not The Prime Minister

nimblemoon, lighten up. It's just a game and nothing to be insulted by. Believe it or not, there's a whole generation that doesn't have a clue.

The front door of No. 10 can't be opened from the outside. Everybody has to knock to be let in, even Boris.

SUSIEWOOS,
isn't it the Chancellor who lives at Number 11 ?
the Prime Minister lives & Works in Number 10 !
Birdiemom
I knew it was the Prime Minister's abode, but not that this person is also Firat Minister of the Treasury. I doubt most 'foreigners' know who the US Treasurer is, either.

nimblemoon, not insulting to me. I needed the 50/50 to answer it.
SOOTI
Gary, 221b Baker St, I don't know if a branch of one of the previous building societies is still at that address, but I know the Abbey National used to be there and one of their staff replied to the letters sent to Sherlock Holmes. As the Brits know Sherlock would be well over 100, if he was real, I assume most of the letters came from the other side of the pond.

I have never seen pictures of what it looks like on the inside and how big are the living quarters ?

One of the funniest and smartly-written British comedies was Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister. You wouldn’t think that a TV show about the British government starring 3 middle aged men would be funny. It is BRILLIANT. Paul Eddington as the Minister and Nigel Hawthorne as the Civil Servant who thwarts his plans are absolutely hysterical. I have to watch it at least twice a year and I just laugh out loud, giggle and sometimes snort cuz they’re so funny.
