They could be predators of the smaller species. But I used to feed them and they were so friendly and even if they saw me at a mall parking lot, they followed me. I like the crows. (maybe my friend crows I guess).

Farmers here in Michigan don't mind if you go on their land to hunt crows as long as you get permission. they view them as a nuisance I don't know if shooting them would be a murder of crows or crows being murdered...lol
