Naughty children risk being given which item by Santa Claus?

The answer says "universal" but I have not heard of it before. Was I such a good child that my parents never needed to tell me? Ha ha!!

San, would love to know what happened to you? This tradition has served me and my family for over 100 years and continues to this day. We all love it!!

I learned the hard way how traumatizing this "tradition" can be for the child recipient. Then I realized how cruel it can be.

Cookie Bean, omg,, I dont know if its a south thing or a Louisiana thing, but they tell the kids here if you naughty its a bag of switches, maybe because we had to go pick our own switch in tree, when we were fixing to get a whooping,, 🥰 and it would be more believable to us bag switches than a bag of coal!
