What is the name of the dictator in George Orwell's novel "Animal Farm"?

Love this book! Studied it at school but sadly was too young to understand it's significance.

I always loved the book. Also loved 1984 by the same author

We used to rent the movie Animal Farm from the library often as kids. As an adult I can’t understand how we possibly enjoyed such a dark movie so much

In French version they changed it to Caesar becoz they didn’t want to offend the public.
