What is the name of this plant?

Mars V, The white centers are typical of bougainvillea. (The white parts are the actual flowers, the pink being colored leaves called bracts.) The shape and shine of the green leaves also look more like bougainvillea -- to me anyway.

Are you sure? It looks like hibiscus.
