penawareof, here is a non repeat answer. My grandpa was a barber in the Hotel Minisink in Port Jervism Jervis, NY my home ytown. Capone had a cabin a few hours away and he and 2 body guards came to his barber shop anf he shaved Al Capone using a straight razor. According to the writer of Capones latest bio/history, he has said that it was highly unlikely that Capone was behind the shootings as he had no need to draw bad attention to himself as he was already quite open to the press of his 'minor indiscretions' and was becoming quite the celebrity at the time of the shootings...heard him give a lecture about his book on c-span on youtube.

Good cops should intervene and/or arrest bad cops immediately when they witness their crimes and not wait until after video of the bad cop's criminal behavior forces their hand. Otherwise they're bad cops too.
Sadly far too often 'good cops' look the other way and enable bad cops.
