In which country is the Barringer Meteor Crater located?

I have been there too. Very neat place. Much bigger than it looks in any photos. Was also used in a Jeff Bridges Movie "Star Man". And I think astronauts use it for training for moon crators.

I lived 8 miles from there in Winslow, Az. and it was a lot larger than you might think!

Gargantuanalien047, I went there once with my son! One of the few places I've seen that looks just as impressive when you see it as it appears in movies or tv!

I was there and was blown away by the size. I especially like the "astronaut" standing in the bottom. Unable to see him without using the provided binocular thingamajib. THAT gave the perspective needed!
