J, bees can only sting once since part of their body is ripped out but wasps can sting you many times. I speak from experience having been stung by both.

Nix, I'm pretty sure there's a phobia for each of the letters you mentioned, plus all the others, plus all of the words the letters can make. People are so VERY sensitive these days--there's a phobia for each and every one of us, or a syndrome, or a condition, or a pre-condition...

When I was a little girl I was walking to my house and I felt a lot of little things in my hair and I put my hand up to scratch it and ended up getting stung by A LOT OF HORNETS AND SINCE THEN I AM PETRIFIED OF THE NASTY LITTLE THINGS.

I have hornets sometimes & if you are out after dark with a flashlight or near a car's headlights watch out, they DO attack!

Oh come on, they have to make a different fancy word for each, a bee & a wasp. And, as one player said, a bumblebee? I'm pretty sure that if a person has a phobia about one they'll feel the same way about any other stinging insect

In primary school I purposely caught a bee in-between my hands to see how it would feel. A sting followed by throbbing. Nothing really.

I have fear of all three, from which I was stung by all three on different occasions. Never have been stung by a bumble bee, yet.

Is there a phobia of everything? Bees knees! Wasps in my opinion are more a pest especially in my garden thanks to all the fruit I grow!!!
