Perjury is the crime of doing what in court?

Today there is allot of perjury inside and outside the courtroom.

We have a legal system, not a judicial system. There is nothing resembling justice in our current court system.

The answer was perjury. And everybody is thinking about the same guy...

I believe it would depend on your own personal code of ethics, and the gravity of the crime that was allegedly committed by the defendant(s) whether or not to charge a witness with perjury.
